Having difficulty using our site?   Here are a few tips that we have come up with based upon comments we have received. If you still have questions, check out the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and if all else fails, send us an e-mail and we will do our best to help you out.

Think of our site as a virtual store. As you enter, you are presented with pages (clothing racks) of fun boxer short styles to choose from. You can move from rack to rack looking at the different styles by using the navigation bars at the side of each screen or the navigation links at the bottom of each page.

Once you enter a page of styles, you are presented with small images (know as thumbnails) of the different styles. From there you can either click on your size to add the merchandise to your virtual shopping cart, or click on the boxer short image to see the details. We recommend that you see the detailed image to get a better view of the product as well as a description of the merchandise.

If you like the merchandise, you can simply click on your size to add it to your shopping cart. In order to do this, you must enable cookies (or accept the cookie we need to set). Your merchandise selections are tracked in a cookie that we set on your PC. The only information that this cookie tracks is your merchandise selections. Once you add a product, you will be presented with your cart contents and links to checkout or keep shopping. The keep shopping link will take you back to the previous page where you can use the navigation links to keep browsing.

Once you are done shopping, you can follow the links at the top and bottom of each page to checkout. The checkout procedure is pretty simple. We offer both secure and non-secure checkout. The secure checkout uses the latest SSL technology to encrypt your credit card information as it is transmitted to our server. You can visit the Verisign website to learn more about secure keys. We recommend this option.

Just enter your name and address, shipping options, and the gift message (if you are sending a gift). Click on the "submit your order button" and you will be taken to a credit card information screen. Enter your credit card and expiration date and press the submit button. Please be patient when submitting your order as we are contacting a credit card processor to validate the credit card number in real-time. If all goes well, you will receive a confirmation screen and a follow-up e-mail. If not, click on your browsers back arrow and try again.

We usually ship all orders within 1 business day. We do our best to e-mail you a message when your order ships with any tracking numbers (for UPS shipments only). You can track your package right from our website.
