Do you offer a printed catalog? top
WebUndies.com does not offer a printed catalog.
We are constantly adding new merchandise to
our selection which makes it difficult to keep
an up-to-date printed catalog. We also sell
out of styles that we can't reorder as some
of our wholesalers only create a limited number
of each style.
We felt that it was best to display our merchandise
on the internet so that we could bring them
to market faster. We send out periodic new merchandise
announcements via our mailing
list, and offer special sales and incentives
that we could not offer with a printed catalog.
2. My package
hasn't arrived yet. What should I do? top
You can check the status
of your order online.
For packages shipped
using the US Postal Service
Packages shipped via the postal service sometimes
take longer than expected. Priority mail is
usually reliable, getting the packages there
in 2-3 days, but can take longer. First class
mail packages can take a week or more to arrive.
We ship everything from our New Jersey warehouse,
so you can estimate how long it may take based
on that. We have seen 6-7 day averages for packages
to arrive in California.
If after 10 days, your package has still not
arrived, send an e-mail to sales@webundies.com
so that we are aware of the status. We will
advise you as to the next steps at that time.
For packages shipped using UPS
Each package is assigned a unique tracking number
by UPS. You can track your package from our
website. Tracking can be done by order number
and destination zip code from your original
order or by the UPS package tracking number
we sent you in the shipment confirmation e-mail.
You can also check the UPS estimated time-in-transit
on the UPS website
by entering 07016 as the origin zip code and
your zip code as the destination. If your package
is overdue, feel free to send us an e-mail,
and we will have UPS trace the package. Don't
worry, all packages are insured by UPS so you
will get your merchandise.

Yes.
Our shopping cart program needs to use cookies
to remember the merchandise you have in your
shopping cart. Find out more about enabling
cookies.
We also track the link that you followed to
our site, typically from a search engine or
an affiliate. This allows us to better determine
the effectiveness of our search engine listings
and promotions.
We are not looking for where YOU as a customer
came from, but are looking for trends for how
people locate our site. This allows us to better
direct our marketing efforts. This information
is not released to any outside agencies.

5. Are the
sizes of your underwear accurate? top
We have found that our underwear is true to
size. That is, the actual sizes accurately reflect
the listed waist size. Most are 100% jersey
cotton while some are 85% cotton and 15% polyester
or 100% silk. To date we have not heard of any
problems with the cotton boxers having excessive
shrinkage in the laundry when washed according
to the manufacturers instructions.

6. How much
will they shrink? top
100% cotton boxers will experience shrinkage
from 5% to 12% depending upon the washing and
drying methods. Manufacturers typically recommend
washing in warm water and drying on medium temperatures.
85% cotton / 15% polyester blended boxers will
experience 2% to 8% shrinkage depending upon
the washing and drying methods. Manufacturers
typically recommend washing in warm water and
drying on medium temperatures.
100% silk boxers will experience minimal shrinkage.
Manufacturers typically recommend washing in
cold water and line drying for silk boxers.
Manufacturers recommendations for laundering
boxers are located on the back side of the tags
located on the waistband of boxers.

8. How often
do you get new styles? top
We are constantly adding to our inventory.
In retail, there are two ways to build inventory.
They are buying "wide" and buying
"deep". Buying wide means you select
more styles, at the expense of stocking lower
quantities of those styles. Buying deep means
that you select fewer styles, but buy larger
quantities of the ones you select.
WebUndies has chosen to buy wide. We want to
offer you the biggest selection that we can.
This means that we are constantly adding to
our inventory (and selling out of other styles).
We send out new merchandise announcements via
our mailing list.
9. What methods
of payment do you accept? top
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
as payment methods. We employ the latest encryption
technology from Verisign Inc, the leading encryption
provider in e-commerce.
We also accept payment via check or money order.
These orders do not ship until payment has been
received. Additional details include payment
remittance address are on the mail order form
generated at checkout.
All prices on our site are in U.S. Dollars.
10. Do you
accept phone orders? top
No, we do not currently accept phone orders.
The cost of staffing a phone line would force
us to raise prices to cover the costs. We decided
to provide lower prices instead of staffing
a phone line.
11. How
do I exchange (or return) my order? top
We stand behind our product and service. We
will gladly return or exchange any order in
accordance with our return
policy.
